- Cleaning and Disinfection: Dojo training equipment should be cleaned with disinfecting wipes after use.
- Personal Equipment: Students should use their own equipment where possible and avoid sharing items such as water bottles, towels, and protective gear.
- Health Screening: Students should monitor their health and refrain from attending classes if they exhibit symptoms of infectious diseases such as fever, cough, sore throat, or difficulty breathing.
5. Response to Illness
- Reporting Symptoms: Students who develop symptoms of an infectious disease should inform the head instructor(s) immediately and avoid coming to the dojo.
- Medical Clearance: Students diagnosed with an infectious disease must be symptom-free for a minimum of 24 hours before returning to training.
- Isolation and Quarantine: Students who have been in close contact with someone diagnosed with an infectious disease should follow local healthcare provider guidelines regarding isolation and quarantine before resuming classes.
