We have free trial classes for beginners!
Seido Kumite
Advanced Yellow belts and above are encouraged to practice their techniques in kumite.
Safety equipment is compulsory and student safety is paramount, with the objective of the training to exchange and improve students techniques, increase stamina and develop non-quitting spirit.
People of all ages, abilities and physical condition are able to participate in kumite.
Seido Meditation
Zen Meditation in Seido Karate has no religious significance, but is inseparable from our physical training. True Karate strives to develop both the physical body and a calm, focused mind.
Shorter meditation is practiced at the start and end of every class, clearing the mind in order to focus on the training ahead.

HOW TO PAY
We offer pay-per-class or unlimited monthly tuition options.
Beginners who choose pay-per-class or commit for 3 months receive a free uniform and belt.
All tuition is month-to-month, with one month's notice to cancel and no lock-in contracts after your first three months.
